EULA for Bothive CLI and Local Runtime
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between You (the "Licensee") and Bothive regarding the licensing and use of the Bothive Command Line Interface ("CLI"), the HiveLang SDK, and any associated binaries (collectively, the "Software").
Bothive grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to install and use the Software on devices owned or controlled by you, solely for the purpose of developing, testing, and deploying Agents to the Bothive Pulse Engine.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Bothive retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets related to the HiveLang compiler and Pulse Engine artifacts. No title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you under this EULA.
The Software may automatically communicate with Bothive servers to check for updates or to transmit anonymized usage telemetry. You consent to these communications. Telemetry is used exclusively to stabilize the HiveLang runtime and is never used to harvest private agent logic.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BOTHIVE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BOTHIVE BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
